刘屹，男，汉族，生于1984年1月，四川汉源人，中共党员，新西兰坎特伯雷大学哲学博士（教育学）。博士学位论文：Exploring the Impact of the Government-Funded Teacher Education Policy on Career-Choice Motivation and Study Engagement of Pre-service Teachers in P.R. 2008.9—2011.6：免试保送为bet体育365官网正规教育学院课程与教学论专业硕士研究生，获教育学硕士学位；

2011.11—2016.5：录取为2011年国家公派博士研究生，赴新西兰坎特伯雷大学攻读博士学位，专业为教育学（Education），获哲学博士学位（Ph.D）。
