杨璇,女,河南省舞钢市人。2020年博士毕业于美国普渡大学特殊教育学专业,现任BET体育365投注官网特殊教育学院讲师。读博期间获得普渡大学全额奖学金,普渡大学“ROSSFellowship”命名奖学金,曾参与两项美国自然科学基金项目。
